Hockerty has, hands down, one of the best online ordering experiences out there. There is an intricate and adaptable live-updating render of the garment you are designing, and it instantly updates to reflect any customization options you choose.

I see many brands being successful. Indochino is making tons of suits. Of course, I have heard a lot of mixed reviews. They cover alteration charges or offer to re-make suit if needed. You need 4-6 weeks, however. Wouldn't recommend Hockerty, as it's been more of a miss than hit.
